Orders

Submitting an order confirms that the contact, delivery, size, and customization details you provide are accurate. We may contact you to confirm made-to-order specifications before tailoring begins.

Products and pricing

Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. Product imagery is presented as accurately as possible, though screen settings and handmade finishing can create small visual differences.

Customer responsibilities

Please review your cart, delivery address, phone number, and customization summary before placing an order. Our Shipping & Returns policy forms part of these terms.
