Ready-to-wear returns

Ready-to-wear items may be requested for return within 7 days of delivery when unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Contact us before sending an item back so the return can be reviewed and authorized.

Customized orders

Customized and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. If an item arrives defective or does not match the approved order details, contact us promptly so we can review a repair, alteration, replacement, or other appropriate resolution.
